On the way back to the Friary this mornin after stockin up on bird food for "my sparrows" the razor wire combined with the ascending/descending fire escape caught my attention. Interesting combination of protection from undesired entry's inseperably linked with "escape"....It kind of reminds me of the mess we're in, the conflict of wanting to be protected and to be free all at the same time....a complicated image of the even more complicated dimensions, demands and realities of love....wheeeoooo....
